Apogee’s Technology Partner service level is designed for companies with more than 20 users that want a regular schedule for unlimited on-site support and a standardized maintenance program for network resources such as servers and network equipment. Unlike the Managed I/S program, Technology Partner provides unlimited user support on a fixed fee model for network maintenance and support, as well as user support. Primary Technology Partner candidates are:
- Companies with over 20 computers
- Companies that want regularly scheduled service and maintenance on a fixed-fee model
- Companies that want to outsource their entire IT function with a regular, predictable expense comparable to a payroll expense
