| Managed I/S
Apogee’s Managed I/S service level is designed for small companies of five to 20 users that want a regular schedule for on-site support and a standardized maintenance program for network resources such as servers and network equipment. Unlike the Technology Partner program, Managed I/S does not provide unlimited user support, but does provide a fixed fee model for basic network maintenance, applying the Hourly I/S model for user and workstation support as well as upgrade projects. Primary candidates for Managed I/S are:
- Small companies with fewer than 20 computers
- Companies that want regularly scheduled service and maintenance, but prefer to manage user support costs on an hourly basis
- Large companies with an IT staff that want to outsource regular server and network equipment maintenance
