Hourly I/S

Apogee’s base I/S service level is Hourly I/S, providing clients with as-needed support services for individual projects or sporadic maintenance.  Apogee encourages clients to take a proactive, maintenance-oriented approach to I/S infrastructure through the Managed I/S or Technology Partner, however in some circumstances the hourly approach is preferred.  Primary candidates for Hourly I/S are:

  • Very small companies with fewer than five computers and no server
  • Large companies with an IT staff that require supplemental support for individual projects or specific systems
